04-09-07 Mayor Miron honored Stratford residents Tyler Gruttadauria, James Murphy, Mike Pulaski and Christopher Whalen for making a call to 911 after noticing an 87-year-old woman in her car for over eight hours on one of the coldest winter days in March. This call to Stratford’s EMS helped to save the woman’s life.
