Mayor's Revised Open Door Meeting Schedule

Beginning the week of Monday, July 21, 2008 the Mayor’s “Open Door” hours will be held in the Mayor’s Office as follows: Tuesday - Noon - 1:30pm and Wednesday - 4:30pm - 6pm.

Please note that the Thursday 8am – 9am session has been suspended due to insufficient participation and that the Tuesday and Wednesday hours have been expanded.

Each person attending the Mayor’s Open Door meetings is seen without an appointment and on a first come first served basis. Each person will be given approximately 5-10 minutes per meeting. However, there is no limit to the number of meetings a person may attend in a calendar year.

The Mayor conducts his "Open Door" meetings in the Office of the Mayor located in Room 205 in Town Hall. In addition to his "Open Door" meetings, Mayor Miron can also be contacted by e-mail at mayor@townofstratford.com, by phone at 203-385-4001 or with a letter addressed to him at Town Hall, 2725 Main Street, Stratford, CT 06615.
