We kindly ask everyone to call the office or email staff (Staff Contacts Link) prior to visiting Town Hall, as nearly all zoning records can be accessed on the Stratford Planning & Zoning website.
The Office of Planning and Zoning oversees land-use for the Town of Stratford. In addition to the development and implementation of long-range town planning initiatives, the Office administers the receipt of applications for zoning compliance and various land-use boards and commissions. The Office of Planning & Zoning is committed to the preservation of health, safety, quality of life and general welfare for the residents of Stratford.

8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Walk-in Question Time: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM & 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
