Team Registration Schedule

ID Schedule  Assigned as teams register

We will have staff at the Birdseye Complex Gym on from 12-3 pm for team check in. Players are asked to bring their USA picture ID, USA ID card, Birth Certificate, or Passport.

Managers - To speed up the process, we have assigned times for team registration below. Please let us know if you are unable to make the assigned time. All players must register and sign the USA form before playing their first game. If players are coming later please speak with Pat Patusky at registration to make special arrangements.
