Stratford update on storm Juno
- The Stratford Emergency Operations Center will remain partially activated until 4 p.m. today. Residents with any storm related inquiries should call 203-380-6757. In the case of emergency, please call 9-1-1.
- The state of emergency in Stratford will be lifted as of 4 p.m. today.
- All Stratford municipal buildings will reopen for Wednesday, Jan. 28 on a regular schedule.
- Alternate side of the street parking ban remains in effect until 8 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 28. Any resident who parked in one of the three alternate parking lots (DeLuca Field, Honeyspot School, Franklin School) should remove their vehicles by 6 p.m. this evening.
- CT DOT reports Metro North train service will restart at 1 p.m. on a Sunday schedule. Please check the MNR web site for additional information and updates.
- Refuse and recycling collection will be done one-day later than usual for the rest of the week.
- The town’s transfer station will reopen on Wednesday, Jan. 28.
- All town beaches have reopened.
- United Illuminating has reported zero power outages in Stratford throughout the duration of the storm.
