EPA Brownfields Grant Application

The Town of Stratford is applying for a US EPA Brownfields Cleanup Grant to perform additional remediation of the former Contract Plating Facility located at 540 Longbrook Avenue. A draft of the Analysis of Brownfield Cleanup Alternatives (ABCA) and a draft of the grant application will be made available on this webpage for review as soon as they are completed. A hard copy of each will also be available for review at the Conservation Division office, 550 Patterson Avenue, by appointment. The public may provide comment or questions to Kelly Kerrigan, Environmental Conservation Superintendent via phone (203) 385-4080, or via email kkerrigan@townofstratford.com. A Community Meeting will also be held virtually in order to discuss the application and accept comments and questions.
